The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to the city center and major attractions. the staff was friendly and provided us with good recommendations for local restaurants. the room had a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi connection.

The walls were very thin, so we could hear every conversation and noise in the neighboring rooms. the bathroom was shared and not clean, so we were not comfortable using it.

This hotel is conveniently placed in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful stay away from the bustling city center. Its close proximity to the famous leaning tower of Pisa is absolutely amazing. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of sunlight. I particularly enjoyed the free WiFi access and the availability of basic amenities like a kitchen area with a cooker, fridge, microwave, crockery, and cutlery. The staff were extremely helpful, efficient, and informative, always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. Additionally, the two fans provided in the room were a welcome relief during hot days.

Our stay at La Coccinella was amazing! Yana, the delightful Russian host, made us feel right at home. She fulfilled all our requests with a smile. The location was perfect - close to the tower but in a peaceful area. The property was clean and tidy, with a charming rustic feel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a balcony with a great view. Excellent few nights!

All was up to par.

Our xmas stay was great! The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main attractions. We loved the cozy atmosphere of the guest house. The owners were very welcoming and offered us a lot of helpful information about the area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. the bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

We did notice a lot of rules around the guest house which felt a bit off-putting. We also found the shared bathroom a bit inconvenient, but luckily we didn't have to wait too long to use it.

My partner and I stayed at this lovely guesthouse for two nights while exploring the beautiful city of Pisa. The owners, Yana and Massimo, were incredibly welcoming and gave us great tips on where to find the best local food and hidden gems. The guesthouse itself has a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with a stunning view of the leaning tower from the kitchen window. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and even though the bathroom was shared, it was always clean. Despite our late arrival, they waived the check-in fee, which was a nice touch.
